- Clients aged 16 and above will automatically accumulate points for every £1 spent on salon services and retail purchases at Serenity Hair.

- To ensure a seamless process, we kindly ask you specify your desired tier when booking your appointment. Failure to do so may result in the inability to use the points until your next visit.

- Loyalty points and rewards are exclusive to the individual client and cannot be transferred to others.

- Points hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for credit or currency.

- Unredeemed points will expire 12 months from the last visit.

- Enquire with one of the team to check your point balance or find it printed on your receipt.

- Clients are encouraged to regularly review the terms for updates or amendments.

- Participation in the loyalty program implies agreement with these terms and conditions.

- Serenity Hair reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program, including point values, reward tiers, and terms and conditions, without prior notification.

What are the points worth?

200 POINTS: A complimentary conditioning treatment worth £10.

300 POINTS: Redeem 1 free product worth up to £25.

400 POINTS: A complimentary Olaplex treatment worth £25.

500 POINTS: A complimentary Men’s haircut worth up to £35.

600 POINTS: 50% off Ladies cut & blowdry worth up to £32.50.

900 POINTS: A complimentary Ladies cut & blowdry worth up to £65.
